Fultz Brunk Farms offers limited photography rental opportunities for photographers looking for natural, seasonal farm backdrops without the distractions of a busy public location.
Depending on the season, approved photo areas may include flower growing areas, open fields, wooded edges, rustic fence lines, pasture views from safe approved areas, seasonal outdoor setups, and mountain views.
Photography rentals are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.
Because Fultz Brunk Farms is a working family farm and private residence, access is limited to approved areas only.

Fultz Brunk Farms changes with the seasons, which is part of what makes it a special place for photos.
Spring and summer may bring flower growing areas, green fields, open skies, and soft mountain views.
Late summer and fall may bring warmer tones, dried flowers, rustic fence lines, pasture views, and simple countryside backdrops.

Photography Locations
Photography access is limited to designated outdoor areas that show the natural beauty of the farm while protecting the working areas of the property and the family’s private residence.
Depending on the season, approved locations may include:

How Photography Rentals Work
Photography rentals are handled by inquiry so we can talk through the best option for your session, clients, timing, and what is available on the farm.
When you reach out, please include:
Preferred date or date range
Type of session
Estimated number of clients or guests
Whether you are hoping for flower fields, pasture views, mountain views, or another farm setting
Any special setup requests
Once we receive your inquiry, we can go over available dates, approved photo areas, pricing, insurance requirements, deposit details, and next steps.
What to Expect
Photographer Requirements
To help protect the farm, the family, clients, animals, and property, all photography rentals must follow the guidelines below.
🗓️ Photographers must schedule in advance.
🛡️ Photographers must provide a copy of liability insurance before the reservation is confirmed.
📄 Liability insurance must list Fultz Brunk Farms as an additional insured for the scheduled photography rental.
📍 Photographers must stay within approved areas only.
👥 Photographers are responsible for their clients during the session.
👶 Children must be supervised at all times.
🚫 No wandering around the property.
⛔ No drop-in photo sessions.
🚷 No trespassing.
🏡 No access to the private residence.
🚜 No access to barns, pastures, or equipment areas unless specifically approved.
🐄 No livestock access unless specifically approved.
🎈 No confetti, balloons, glitter, smoke bombs, fireworks, open flames, or anything that could harm animals, plants, soil, or the property.
🗑️ All trash and props must be removed before leaving.
🌦️ Farm rules may change depending on weather, animals, blooms, and safety.
Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to hold a photography rental date.
Deposits are not refundable because once a date is held, that time is no longer available to other photographers or families.
That said, we understand that emergencies happen, weather changes, kids get sick, and life does what life does.
If a session needs to be moved, the deposit may be transferred to a future photography rental date.
Our goal is to work with photographers, vendors, and families in a way that feels fair and respectful. We want to build lasting relationships with the people who use and support our farm.
At the same time, Fultz Brunk Farms is a working family farm, and reserved dates affect our schedule, farm work, and availability for other bookings.
The remaining balance is due before the photography session begins.
Photography sessions may not begin until payment is complete.
Flower Field Notes
Flower field access depends on bloom timing and farm conditions.
Fultz Brunk Farms cannot guarantee specific flowers, colors, blooms, or field conditions for a session.
Flowers are grown seasonally and availability changes with weather, pests, bloom timing, and harvest needs.
Please do not cut, pick, bend, move, or damage flowers unless permission has been given in advance.
Private Property Reminder
Fultz Brunk Farms is a working family farm and private residence.
The farm cart is the only public access area without an appointment.
Photography rentals and all other farm access must be scheduled and approved in advance.
